It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all equipment upon delivery. Do not sign the bill of lading until the shipment has been thoroughly inspected. If any damage is found, it must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt, and photos should be taken immediately.

Once the delivery is signed for without noting damage, we cannot assist in any claim or refund for shipping-related damages.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Special orders, customized products, and electrical components are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
