Do not sign for the shipment if you suspect damage. Once the delivery is accepted and signed for without any noted issues, Kool Air and Heat Store cannot assist with claims or be held liable for shipping-related damages.

3. Returns & Exchange Disclaimer

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the item. Products must be:

  • In resalable condition

Please note:
