- Free shipping applies to terminal dock pick-up or deliveries to a business with a forklift or a loading dock.
- For residential deliveries, the following additional fees apply:
- $75.00 Residential Delivery Fee
- $90.00 Lift Gate Fee (if required for unloading at the delivery location).
These fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery preferences.
Note: Free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
2. Shipping Coverage
2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Shipping is available to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, though additional fees apply for these locations.
- We also deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, where applicable, though certain restrictions may apply.
2.2 International Shipping

- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5 PM, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Additional Delivery Services
5.1 Residential Deliveries
If your delivery location is a residential address without a forklift or loading dock, the following fees will apply:
- $75.00 Residential Delivery Fee
- $90.00 Lift Gate Fee (for packages requiring unloading assistance).
5.2 Terminal Dock Pick-Up
- Customers can choose to pick up their order from the nearest freight terminal for no additional cost.
- Terminal location details will be provided upon order confirmation.
6. Oversized and Heavy Items
- Products such as HVAC units and other bulky equipment may require special freight shipping.
- Additional fees for oversized or heavy items will be calculated at checkout.
7. Tracking Your Order
