Will checking my options affect my credit score?

No. Checking your options through Hearth won’t affect your credit score. If you choose an offer and apply, the lender may run a credit check as part of its own application.

Who provides the financing?

Financing comes from Hearth’s network of lending partners. Hearth does not make loans or credit decisions, and Kool Air & Heat LLC is not a lender. The lender you choose makes the decision.

What rate and monthly payment will I get?

That is set by each lender based on your application. You’ll see the offers available to you, with their terms, before you choose one. We can’t quote rates or guarantee approval.

Does it cost anything to check my options?

No. Hearth does not charge a fee to submit the prequalification form or to use its marketplace.

What happens after I choose an offer?

Follow the steps Hearth and your lender give you to complete the application. Once your financing is in place, complete your order or call us at (501) 206-7512 to schedule your installation.
